Status:

• IRIIM is registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act XXVI of 1961 no. S/33284 of 1981-82.
• IRIIM is recognised as Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) from DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
• IRIIM is registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, (FCRA), 1976 by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
• All donations to IRIIM are exempted to Income Tax vide '80G' of I.T.act of 1961.
  
  

Infrastructure:

IRIIM has its own land of about 1517 sq. mt., which is situated beside Mourigram Rly. Station on Howrah-Kharagpur section on South-Eastern Railway about 12 km. from Kolkata proper.

Out of the whole land, 1/3rd. are marked for building and rest 2/3rd.will be used as open space, pond, garden including medicinal plant cultivation.

Out of target of a 4-story building covering a floor area of 10,000 sq.ft. presently we have:

IRIIM The Chemistry:

• The institute is guided by an effective group of general members & Executive Committee.

  Executive Committee.

• The institute is equipped with an inter-disciplinary team of clinicians (both western & traditional),scientists, researchers,counselors & health workers. To solve critical clinical problems, team members maintain regular interaction.
