Basically the activities of IRIIM are R & D oriented

For continuous work in R&D, IRIIM got the recognition as Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) from DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India since 1996. Presently IRIIM is maintaining more than 10 research studies by their own funds. Faculty members of IRIIM have presented more than 60 papers in both national & international conferences, seminars & symposia.
